Do you like to save money?

If you reserve through any booking company (VRBO, Booking.com, Airbnb, Trip Advisor, Carolina Cabins, Flipkey, Google, etc.), they add a booking fee of between 8% to 18% onto your total. If you pay by credit card, between 3% and 4% is also added to your booking charges.

If you book directly with us, there are ZERO booking fees. If you pay by personal or business check, there are ZERO credit card processing fees. You save 11% to 22% by booking with us and paying by check.

Nobody likes to be surprised when they make a reservation, so here is what we charge:

$ 249 per night for most nights

$ 295 per night for holidays and popular seasons

$  98  fee for the cleaning company

$  50 per dog (2 dog maximum - if applicable). Due to allergy concerns, we only accept dogs.

Wherever you book in North Carolina,  all items above are subject to a state, county and city accommodations tax of 13%.

There is a two-night minimum stay. Holidays require additional nights.

We allow a maximum of six people including children of any age.

We have a non-smoking policy both inside and outside the cabin.

Cancellation Policy:
For all nightly or weekly rentals, If a guest notifies us in writing of a cancellation at least 60 days prior to their Check-in date, there will be a 100% refund (minus any credit card, PayPal, or booking service processing fees). If a guest notifies us in writing less than 60 days prior to their Check-in date, every attempt will be made to re-rent the cabin for those dates. The income from that re-rental will be refunded to the guest (minus any credit card, PayPal, or booking service processing fees).
